Stay within your assigned booth space. Do not expand, trade, or relocate your booth without written approval.
Keep displays, stock, cords, signs, and customer activity out of neighboring spaces and travel paths.
Bring your complete setup. RSMF does not provide power, tents, tables, staffing, supplies, or booth equipment unless agreed to in writing.
Secure tents and displays with appropriate weights on every tent leg.
Displays and signs must be freestanding and may not be attached to buildings, columns, trees, or fixtures.
RSMF does not provide electrical power.
Only previously disclosed and approved quiet inverter generators or battery systems may be used.
Vendor sound amplification is not allowed.
Booths must be ready by 12:00 PM and remain open and staffed through 7:00 PM unless event staff approved otherwise.
Keep your booth clean, safe, and orderly.
Do not block walkways, stages, emergency routes, fire equipment, or access to neighboring businesses.
You are responsible for securing and insuring your inventory, cash, equipment, and other property.
Follow lawful directions from RSMF staff, security, fire, health, traffic, and emergency personnel.
Professional conduct is required. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe conduct, and offensive or unapproved products are prohibited.
This is an outdoor event. Prepare for sun, wind, temperature changes, and other weather conditions.
There is no on-site vendor parking. Vendor vehicles may enter only during the vehicle load-in window. After unloading, park in a legal city lot or legal street space outside the festival footprint.
The City of Santa Rosa does not charge for parking on Sundays. This map is provided for reference on locations of nearby lots. RSMF does not provide or guarantee parking.
