Check-In & Load-In

All vendors use the same arrival window and entrance. Enter the festival at the north end of the footprint from 6th Street, turning south onto Wilson Street. Festival staff will check you in, provide instructions, and direct you toward your assigned zone. A morning zone manager will confirm your exact booth location within the zone.

Arrival Steps

1. Approach the festival from 6th Street.

2. Turn south onto Wilson Street at the north end of the festival footprint.

3. Stop at the vendor entrance checkpoint. Do not bypass staff or barricades.

4. Give the check-in team your business or organization name and confirm your on-site contact number.

5. Follow staff directions and the Load-In Map to your assigned zone.

6. Confirm your exact booth location with the morning zone manager.

7. Unload promptly, remove your vehicle from the festival grounds, and then finish setting up.

Vehicle Movement Rules

• Drive at walking speed within festival grounds.

• Follow directions from festival staff, security, fire, and traffic personnel.

• Park only where directed for unloading.

• Keep all designated driving lanes open at all times.

• Do not stop in intersections, fire lanes, emergency access routes, crosswalks, or another vendor’s booth space.

• Unload first. Complete tent assembly, merchandising, and décor after moving your vehicle off the festival grounds.

• All vendor vehicles must be outside the festival footprint by 10:00 AM unless festival staff directly approves an exception.
