Festival opens; booths must be fully staffed and ready

Festival closes; wait for staff approval before moving vehicles

All vendor materials removed and booth space cleaned

Important Reminders

• There is no vendor parking on the festival grounds.

• Enter from 6th Street and turn south onto Wilson Street.

• Keep driving lanes and emergency access routes open during unloading.

• Do not move a vehicle onto the festival grounds for load-out until festival staff releases vehicle movement.

• Bring all permits, licenses, certificates, insurance documents, equipment, supplies, staffing, and approved power needed for your booth.

• No live or recorded music at your booth.
